I have worked with individuals from all walks of life. Most of my work has been with individuals working in the emergency services context, as well as those with experiences of long-standing and ongoing anxiety. This might be individuals looking to get a better a handle on their nervous system in order to better manage the challenges and demands life throws at them. These individuals are usually already highly reflective and have a readiness and willingness to work on issues affecting and surrounding them.

I support you to identify the ways in which your environment - both internal and external - can either improve or mitigate your health and wellbeing. I have a passion for integrating body and mind, supporting you to balance your nervous system and reshape the relationship you have with stress and your ability to forge a resilient, robust system.

You are the expert in your life and I value building a good, open relationship in order to build trust in order to understand your world. I work both at your pace, ensuring to create transparency and trust, as well as respectfully challenge and provide that gentle nudge where appropriate.
