What is Breathwork?
Sure, we all know how to breathe, it happens all on its own, even while we sleep. Breathing is a function of the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS), the average person takes around 25,000 breaths of per day. Simple and automatic, but when we use our breath in a certain way, it can be a powerful catalyst for spiritual, physical and emotional balance and transformation.

Transformational Breathwork is a healing journey (personalised or group) where you lie down on a mat and listen to my voice over a playlist of selected tracks. Over 60 minutes I guide you through deep breathing techniques to enter the subconscious and access lifetimes of trauma, limiting beliefs, negative programs etc. Once we have dug deep and brought these blockages to the surface you use your breath to release them and after a few rounds you relax and I guide you to replace what you released with more empowered and positive energy.

The more you practice this healing method, the clearer you will become. You will have access to higher states of consciousness, increased health and vitality, inner peace and contentment, better relationships, more presence, and you will experience less emotional, spiritual and physical blockages = pain.
